Updated to ver.7675 now the table scanner is not working on poker stars. Spent the last hour going through the threads, trying some fixes , no luck. Stars set properly, hem set properly. When I click scan tables, it shows the tables being scanned by no information is showing up. Ideas? suggestions?

Never mine rolled back to 7660, working again.

Were you scanning Classic-Scan or Insta-Scan? What type of tables?

I tried both, 6 max cash reg + fast tables(not zoom) I can see the lobby being scanned but nothing shows up. Upgraded to Ver. 7678 classic scan $0.2/$0.5 tables. Screen shot shows lobby being scanned, and the error that comes up, suggestions, ideas?

I have the same issue in build 7679.
Temporary solution is to downgrade to 7660.

same problem here with 7683 and Pokerstars, i see the lobby being scanned but nothing appear in HEM

Should i downgrade to 7660 ?

I tried to downgrade to 7660 : Now the tables appear in HEM but never more than 5 tables and the scan stop itself (i scan $0.10/$0.25 FR tables) .. should i create a new thread ? Any idea ?

Font face in Stars lobby is "default"?
Font size - "medium"?
Tables are sorted in "ABC"?
Columns in lobby are default?

i reinstalled the 7683 and that s work fine now :)

Still can't get scanner to work Hem2 Ver 7683 Followed all FAQ. Here are screenshots of the lobby's and my scanner profiles, Ideas suggestions?

Full Tilt: customize the widgets that are shown on the right side of the lobby.
Make sure the "player list window for ring games" is at the top. (currently you have "add me to waiting list / view table buttons" at the top).

TableScanner 'scans' the pokerlobby looking at very specific locations for information. If you change the order of the columns, resize the lobby to a non-default size, or change the order of the widgets, TableScanner can no longer retrieve this information.



In your TableScanner don't use the Format [V] filter. [V] means "and".
And table that are both DEFAULT and SPEED at the same time don't exist. Instead use the [+] (is "or")

Can you post another screenshot of your lobby + TableScanner filters?
Do you have the issue on both Full Tilt and PokerStars?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Using Kaspersky internet security 2013, everything set as required to run HEM2. Here are my computer specs and a couple of screen shots of stars and tilt lobby and my scan profiles. Played around with the scan settings, tried to get anything to show up, no luck. Stars I can see the tables being scanned, but no information shows up. Nothing seem to work. Tilt, can't see the tables being scanned at all. Other than the scanner problems , Hem 2 is working fine.
