Hi,
I play turbo sng 6max on FTP. I have version 1.13.01 Internal.

I already created a new database when I installed this version.

My problem is the HUD. It doesn’t appear or it’s just for a couple of players but never refresh (stays in 0 hands).
Going back to the previous version is not an option. I had problems with that one too.

Is there any solution?

Solution is to use 17 december HM1 build - not "28 dec"
it works in FTP tourneys

Thank you for your answer. That solved the problem.
However with the last update on FTP, the HUD is not working again in tournaments. Happened to me in 100 buyin double chance of the miniFTOPS.
This was a 6max tournament and the HUD stays in zero hands, but I was playing SnG too (also 6max) and it was working well.

PS. is HM2 working correctly on FTP or the software updates affect it aswell?

We need to know the information for tourneys that are not showing up.

Please send us as individual files:

a hand history for the table
a screenshot of the table
a screenshot of the sessions ribbon with your computer clock in view
and a screenshot of the table created by running Software | Catch22 (http://catch22.net/software/winspy)

I have somewhat the same problem with almost every MiniFTOPS event on FTP. The HUD shows appears but without any stats. I thought this problem only exists at Rush Mtts/Sngs and at Multiple Entry Mtts, but at the MiniFTOPS now I also have this problem at normal NLHE events (no rebuy, no rush, no ME).
I use HM 1.12.10b. To which version should I up/downgrade to solve the problem?

There are some problems with Rush games in the latest version. Try installing this update:

For this update to work properly on both Rush Cash games and normal SNG/MTT you need to install the update above, reboot your PC, then download and unzip this file - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Blitz.zip. Once you have downloaded the file you need to unzip it (right-click > extract all) and then copy the blitz.dll file and paste it into C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager.

If that doesn't seem to fix it try rolling back to one of the previous versions found in the link below and create a new database.

Thank you for your help. I tried all of what you've said, but unfortunately nothing has changed. I still have the same problems. It would've been so bad, if this problem wouldn't effect EVERY MiniFTOPS event. Especially for the 2-day event today I feel pretty naked without a HUD :)

same here. This is getting ridiculous! The hands are being read correctly, just the hud isnt showing or with only 0 entries. Can't be that big a problem to fix that.
I am getting really grumpy.

Email sent. I am already running the Internal from Dec 17th, so thats not the solution that you hinted to in the other threads.

I had the miniftops problem until I installed the 17th dec, REBOOTED and then copied the blitz.dll.

It didn't work until I did exactly that.

Surprisingly since last sunday my HUD works again at all ME-MTTs and at (the last 2) MiniFTOPS events. I had neither changed anything with my settings nor made any up/dowgrades. It just works now, don't know why :)
So now the only problem is the HUD at Rushgames and the absence of nearly all tourney stats at FTP (buyin, size, pos, winnings etc.). Only the HH is imported correctly. So I have to edit every MTT manually......annoying!

1) Please give HoldemManager and Full Tilt Administrator rights -

a) Go to C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
b) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
c) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
d) Repeat Steps b and c for HudFuncsApp.exe
e) Repeat Steps b and c for \Full Tilt Poker\FullTiltPoker.exe

2) Add these files to your antivirus and firewall exceptions list:
- holdemmanager.exe
- hudfuncapps.exe
- all easyhook files
- blitz.dll
- all ftp dll files (for the dll files, you have to type in the name in the file name box for a lot of firewalls)
- thirtytwobitIPC
- textboxhook.dll
- fulltiltpoker.exe
- postgres.exe
- pg_ctl.exe
- psql.exe (these three are in the postgres\bin folder)

3) Make sure the FTP Lobby > Languages > Language Options are set to English.

4) If you change the settings in the full tilt timezones and then use HM2s auto detect it will cause problems. Since FTP has a timezone setting there is no reason to use an offset in HM2. This feature is there from before they introduced the timezone feature to FTP. So just set it to 0 in HM2 > Hand Importing > Site Time Adjustments and set your correct timezone in FTP.

5) Test the Hud out on a normal table first to verify its working

6) If you have any problems with the HUD on Rush tables try the following:

a) Export any custom HUD configs.
b) Open the HM2 > HUD Options > Displayed Stats menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] All Configs > OK
c) Manually reset your HUD Options > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again.

They are very similar. Instead of hudfuncapps, it's hmhud and hmimport

Instead of that thread:

1. What exact version of Holdem Manager are you using? (e.g. 1.12.11)
2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)
4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.
6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.
7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.
8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database

1. As I mentioned earlier in this thread I use HM 1.12.10b (there is a version 1.12.11 already?!), but I tried many different versions at this issue (1.11.x, 1.12.2., 1.12.8., 1.12.9. and 1.13. Internal).
2. Playing at PS and FTP. The problem only occures at FTP.
3. Playing NLHE Mtts and Sngs. Now the HUD problem only occures at Rush Mtts and Sngs.
4. Ohhhh I did not! :) ....kidding...of course I did.
5. I'm pretty sure the settings are correct, as the import and HUD works fine at all other games and there are no problems at PS.
6. HH is imported correctly.
8. They are importing into the database (including the correct HH), but WITHOUT any details like buyin, winnings, etc.
10. They are in english.

At first, this version caused more problems - no HUD at PS for some reason and all my user settings for the HUD were gone (range-colors, which stats are shown...) but I fixed that and now it's working fine. The problem with the missing tourney stats at FTP is solved!
So now the only thing for me to go is the HUD at all Rushgames (Cash, Sng, Mtt). It's still not working :(

HMONE-193 FTP: cash and SNG hands in HUD not separated
HMONE-194 FTP: HUD do not updates in tourneys
HMONE-204 - Hero's Rush HUD is not resetting when Hero starts new session
HMONE-205 - Rush HUD is mixing Holdem and Omaha Hands

Current status for all - open, unresolved
