Install problem

Hi,
I have serious problem with HM as the HUD doesn't work properly (Hands are totally random) and I suspect it doesn't import all hands.

I have try to install latest update but there is a problem even here as the package is unable to replace DBControlPanel.exe, HMHud.exe, HMImport.exe and HoldemManager.exe. Can you help please?

update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe

(during the UPDATE, you shouldn't get any "can't replace xxx file errors)
If you do reboot your computer and run the update AGAIN).

I did that several time always with the some result. Also, I don't understand why the HUD on the table look like crazy by given out the wrong hands (es. one time all the players have 12 hands, the hand after some 11 some other 2 etc.).
What else I can do?
NOTE: I didn't have any problem before apart some small issue and everything was work fine. Can you help please? I have became to HM dependent :D

Run the full installer again, the 93 MB installer.
Afterwards update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe
