Im using hold em manager 1.11.05 Beta 7
since i updated my windows 7 the hold em manager software isnt importing any hands from my local hand history folders.
i've checked the administrative services to make sure my postgres and secondary logon are both started and they are.
the manager seems to keep repeatedly importing 7-8 hands over and over. but its not finding hand histories from when im playing.
i would be grateful for any help with this matter.

update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe

attach your holdemmanager.config file

Is your archive folder setup properly, are old hands "stuck" in your import folders that haven't been moved yet??

the hold em manager archive file is set up.
ive set the hold em manager archive folder as an import folder too.
last night my hud didnt work and hold em manager didnt seem to be importing any hands.
ive noticed today that the hands ive played last night have imported today.
But today the hud still isnt working and it doesnt seem to be importing as im playing.
the hold em manager keeps importing 6,000 duplicate hands too, everytime i switch it on.

Your auto-import configuration is totally screwed. You should delete all entries and start with an auto-detect.

If it still doesn't work
* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.05 Beta http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

* If that doesn't help, please check this and answer and post the questions FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: My HUD Doesn't Work (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/My+HUD+Doesn't+Work)

I already had them files running as administrator.
clearing out my auto detect files and restarting them worked.
Cant believe it was something so simple that needed fixing!
thanks for your help though.
much appreciated.
