Dear Ladies and Gents

I am using HM1 version 1.12.10b and I noticed that I have no EV in the 37$ Hyper Sats. Is there any version out there which works properly for the Hyper Sats on Pokerstars with Buy Ins between 30 and 100$?

EV for hyper-turbo's is temporarily disabled in recent builds.

It works in pre sept 22, 2012 builds but is inaccurate in those builds. (it's about 25% lower than what it should be)

what about HM2, does it have the correct EV there?

In current builds, no. (it has the same flaw as HM1, but at least it is being calculated, so it shows the value 25% lower than what it should be)

Fortunately this issue is fixed in the next/upcoming HM2 build.
Bugticket was HM-5295, last entry reads: "fixed in private build with the accurate EV calculations for 2-way preflop pots. It uses a new lookup table that accounts for all different scenarios separately and is even more precise than Pokerstove."

Two additional questions:

1) When you talk about "PS Hyper Turbo" showing the incorrect EV does this mean:
a) Hyper Turbo SNG (e.g. $193.52+6.48)
b) Hyper Turbo Satellites (e.g. $177.45+3.55)
c) both of the above

2) Today we saw a HEM2 update to version 2.0.0.7678
a) Does this solve the problem?
b) If not what is the estimate for a solution?

Cheers, Michael

1c. I'm not sure about satellites, but it likely affects both.
I've also seen reports where it affected some (but not all) Fifty50 games, and even some regular SNGs. (though the regular SNGs were NOT affected by the EV calculation, but by HoldemManager using the wrong payout structure, so technically their EV difference was caused by a different issue)

2. We have the issue fixed in our last internal release and are currently testing this.
It has not yet been fixed in the 7678 beta release.

It should be fixed in the next beta release.

Hey,

Has this EV issue been fixed yet in the current release 2.0.0.7683?
Is there an EV line for hyper 6max in that build and is it correct?

I'm finally considering switching to HM2, but after a long time of looking for and finally finding the latest HM1 version with a working (flawed) EVline, I don't want to switch before it's fixed.
Because I don't want to spend a whole day importing twice in a row...

And for the life of me, I've been searching everywhere in the forums, and could not find if it's fixed or not?

Thanks

No, it's fixed in a private build we're currently still testing.

This is still an open ticket.
(it has to be tested/verified in a private build)
