Cannot Install HEM

Hey guys I'm trying to install HEM but everytime I try to install it gets to the stage where I have to type in postgres password, I have tried the standard "postgresspass" and it doesn't seem to work. I have followed the FAQ and everything to no avail, can somebody lend a helping hand?

click on Start and go to Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt

* If you are on Vista, rightclick and choose "Run as Administrator".


A black box should appear. Type 'net user postgres /del' (without the quotes) and press enter.

The user is now deleted and you can (re)install PostgreSQL and it should accept the postgrespass
