panel issue

i cant seem to get my panels to stay put. when i move them on 1 screen they move on another thus they do not always correspond to the peoples names. Attached Files prefs.xml (4.9 KB, 1 views . i had attached these files last week for assistance and never got help. can someone please help me. there is a thread on page 2 that goes over all other info. last posted on oct. 24 at 10:22AM

The problem was my email was down and still is although i should have it back tommorrow. It should have gave an autoresponder to indicate this though. Sorry about that if you PM well arrange a teamviewer session as soon as possible.
