I think this is a problem of the handgrabber but we are working on a direct Bodog integration.

Look at your hand grabber.... 0 hands imported. Just need to wait for hand grabber to upgrade

An e-mail back from idleminer stated they are working on it but don't know when it will be fixed....std...Honestly, we need to be able to run HEM without the grabber...Hopefully HEM will solve this soon...

It's been 3 days now. Still no update from Idleminer bodog handgrabber. This is an insultingly slow response. Anyone else feeling the burn?

I think we are going to have to wait a while as Bodog changed its hand history format. If you check the hand histories while you are playing there are no player names only positions. I think this is an effort to block datamining and bots. Cake does something similar and that is why Hem doesn't really work there except for your stats which you can analyze but cannot see what opponents are doing. I was wondering if there was a way to use hand histories bought from sites to get Hem's Hud to work.

If that is true then how come PTR recorded a session I played today and Im able to go into the sessions tab on PTR and see my whole cards for a hand I won this afternoon.

I know this has nothing to do with HEM support as its Hand Grabber that isnt working but I would like to see HEM be able to import bodog just so that we can have a support team that will actually communicate to us when they will have things up and working.

HM needs handhistories. So you'll have to wait for a handgrabber update.

No idea how PTR manages to get the hands.

Is there any way you can make our HUD show without importing new hands? So that we can use hands we have played in the past untill the hand grabber update is fixed.

No, that's not possible.. the HUD needs a constant flow of new up-to-date handhistories, containing the names of all the players currently at the table.

PT3 apparently has the problem fixed and will be releasing their beta soon. Which will have working hand histories first, PT3 or Idleminer? Time will tell but I think I know who.

Do you guys have any plans to work a bodog hand grabber into HM like PT3 has?

We need Bodog integration. If PTR and Idleminer can do it so HEM should.

We need Bodog integration. If PTR and Idleminer can do it so HEM should.

Or maybe we need to spam Bodog support because almost every room on the market supplies hand histories in a text format ;)
