View Full Version : My HUD not work on Purple Lounge?

I just signed up/started playing on Primma skin: Purple Lounge. My HM is importing hands and I can see stats in sessions, reports, graph, etc. But for some reason I can't get my HUD to work on this site while I'm playing. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Which HM Version are you using?
Please update to our latest Beta: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe

It may be necessary to use the table finder the first time:

Ok, great. I tried all that and now it finally looks like it is working? I'll let you know if there are any difficulties.

Ok, the HUD came up but I'm having these problems:

#1. Even when I go to HUD Options/Player preferences and select the HUD conf. I want to use it still just displays a default type HUD at Purple lounge?

#2. The HUD on the PL tables gets the positions wrong. So if I have more than 1 table open it puts the HUD next to the wrong players

#3. selecting a HH from my session, this is what I got:

I don't know what is going on here? I just copy and pasted a HH from my HM from today's PL session and it wont show up here on HM? I did it 2 times

First off, what I'm getting isn't even a HH but some sorta weird code? It goes like this:

and then stuff like:

I don't know what is going on here but it's no wonder i can't get my HUD to work properly.

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

For the seating:
configure the preferred seating of your Pokerclient and the seating preferences in HM accordingly
* open one Table, play at least one hand
* move the stats with the right mouse key to the correct positions
* Table manager -> Table -> Save positions
* Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats being moved to the correct positions.
