View Full Version : Error in TableNinjaPP intalation

Hi all,

Every time I try to install TableNinjaPP the error on the image comes up:

96111

Translation: The configuration data of this product is damaged. Please contact technical support.

I've already installed and uninstalled a more than 10 times and this error keeps coming up.

Can anybody hel me?

I haven't had any other reports like this. Have you had trouble with the Windows installer in the past? Try running Windows Update and download all available updates and hotfixes. If that doesn't seem to help please email support@alxsoftware.com with a link to this thread. I'll take a look over teamviewer and see what can be done.

Hi Fool,

I've just sent the email to support.

I’ve never had any problem with Windows Installer
I’ve checked and installed all updates, automatic and personalized, recommended by Windows Update.

I’ve just downloaded the TableNinja PokerStars and it worked perfectly, the installation problem is only for the PP software, could you send me a copy of the software by email on your answer just to try…
