View Full Version : HM(table manager) do not work after play tournaments at Fulltilt poker‏

These three days I play tournaments at Fulltilt. At first two days, HM worked well, but today, it do not work anymore even also not for ring(cash) table.

I use the HM the latest version . The problem I found:

1. Table manager can find the table but it always show 0/6 players and no any statistics.

2. In fact, hands are recorded in Tourney Tab.

3. When I click start Auto import, it run very slowly and looks like have some problem, even it is very difficult to stop import(takes long time to stop).

I checked information in HM forums, I only found one similar one, and it suggested that:

¨exporting hands from the old database , then create a new database and re-import the hands into the new database.¨

I did follow this, but table manager still do not work.

I feel very appreciated somebody could suggest me how to do because I am really bad at computer issue.

Sounds like your auto-import configuration is somehow invalid.

Lets check the standard things and please attach the file config\holdemmanager.config as explained in the FAQ:

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.05 Beta http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.
