FTP problems

hi guys,
I'm using 1.11.04 HEM and the HUD doesnt work properly on FTP.

It can work fine for some hands but after a while it "freezes" I mean, it does not update the HUD anymore (even if some opponent goes out and another new goes in, it shows the same stats).

What can be happening?

update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe

also try creating a NEW database and reimport your old hands into it
