FTP Rush--HUD Problems

Hi,

I use 22 stats on my HUD and play 1/2 FR Rush, 4 tables, pretty fast pace (~1200 hands/hr).

I have my HUD set up as
[ ] Track live hands
[ ] Use OCR to read text
[x] Pre-fetch player data
[ ] Redraw after screen grab

Here are the problems I encounter, which occur unfortunately very frequently:
1) will not show stats for the players who are currently at the table, but instead for the players who were at the previous table. Then the HUD will continually be 1 step behind. (Sitting out and returning to the game does not help this)
2) will only show 2 HUDs and they will be for incorrect players.
3) will show stats for every player except 1 or 2 for some reason.

I have database HEM8.23.10, OS is vista

Which HM Version are you using?

Sorry I didn't mean to give you the database name that was useless. I have 1.11.04, and I updated to the newest Beta on 9/8/2010. Is that the newest one?

create a NEW database and reimport your hands.




For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions for those files AND for fulltiltpoker.exe to the windows firewall, even if it is off.

Same problem here. I'm running the new beta and I tried creating a new database--still no worky. Seats 2 and 4 display correctly but the rest say Empty and the fields are filled with a dash or 0.

I have exactly the same issue. Only 2 of the 6 shows stats and the rest has the word "Empty" in place of the name and shows no stats. I akso tried creating a new database but same result.

I have the same problem. stats just for two seats. the rest shows "empty". Also using Vista and the last beta update for holdem manager.

Did you have the FTP client running while installing the beta?

Please try the following:
1. reboot your computer
2. install the latest beta again as first thing.
3. start HM and run a auto detect.
4. now try again.

What i already did:

Reboot
Install version 1.11.05 beta 15 again;
Run all the programs as Administrator
Run auto detect
Try again many times :-\


FWIW, I made some tests w PokerTracker3 and is working very fine without bugs :-\
