When I open my HEM the window is completely blank except for the FAQs in the top right hand corner

Did you use the full installer for 1.11.04 from our homepage?

Which operating system?
Any desktop themes (especially HP has some problem causing software themes).

The newest update is installed. Windows XP

Please try a uninstallation using revo uninstaller FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Using Revo Uninstaller (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+)
and download and install Holdemmanager again.

Please make sure that your windows is uptodate (Service Pack 3, all Windows Updates installed, Microsoft .net framework 3.5 service pack 1).

If that doesn't help please post a screenshot.
