HM cannot find hero name

I have a problem with setting up my HM for pokerstars.

When trying to select a player allias, it does not find my Tooren(PS) or something like that.

It is also very strange that it does not find Tooren(FT) but luckily enough i have already managed to select this in the past, so it does work on full tilt.

HM does know when i start playing at stars because the table pops up in my HUD, only with every stat on 0 or -

Any idea how to solve this and start using HM on PS?

Please try creating a new database http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and reimporting the hands into that database, also makes sure you have the latest version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.04beta.exe and if the problem persists then please PM to set up a temaviewer session to fix the problem

Ok thanks, and how do i import all information form the old data base into the new one?

I now had stats for one moment, because the table finder advised me to add pokerstars.exe tables as fulltilt tbales, then it worked. Now not any more.
