BIG problem and need help ASAP! in a tourny!

Hud is not updating stats in my rush 3$ rebuy, Auto import is on, it was working in my non rebuy non rush tourny earlier, what is going on? Help.

I have small stakes I need help ASAP this is making it really hard.

Do you have OCR turned on or off in hud options--> site options?
