No HUD on Ongame

Hi,
I have no HUD displayed on the Ongame even HM import the hands fine. I have the latest version and also there is not red cross or any table find.
Can you help please?

Please update to the latest beta - http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/Hm_1.11.05_Beta.exe


1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

lol wtf?about week ago i have same problem - done this instructions - become work

today i try play , table finder see table but not see hands, and hud not appear,
done instructiopns - and now table finder cant see anything at all, what' wrong?

Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe



I means to delete: \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt

If you delete those files and restart HoldemManager they will be rebuild

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.
