I just downloaded the trial version, it found my hand histories for PKR no problem and loaded them up, but there is a strange problem in the stats tab for tournaments/results. The ROI is shown as -100% for every day and ITM 0 although you can clearly see from the 1st column (looking at heads up only) that I won some! Any help appreciated.

Can you update to http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/Hm_1.11.05_Beta.exe
and reimport all the hands into a NEW empty database

Thanks for the reply PATVS, i did as you suggested and loaded a few SNG's i just played but unfortunately the stats still look the same, minus 100% ROI, 0 ITM. Anything else i can try?

Hi, I emailed some histories on 09-15-2010, any fix yet? Thanks

I've forwarded your hands to the handhistory programmer.

I can confirm, when importing the hands, a win (1th place finish) is not recorded. HM does record the 1th place finish, but doesn't know how much you won.

Do you only play HU SNG? and only have this problem with HU SNGs?

Hi PATVS, thanks for the update. I do not just play HU's, I have played 10 seater SNG's & MTT's too. A similar problem exists with the other type of tournaments i.e ROI -100% regardless of finishing position (finishing positions recognised & correctly shown in stats) and ITM% 0. I notice the buy in is shown as $11 for every tournament I have ever played, this is also incorrect. Also all the HU's are shown as regular speed but most of them are 'speed' (PKR equiv of TURBO's), the entry for them is $10 +.50c not $11.

I also play cash games, as far as I can see, everything is working o.k with them although I haven't looked at them much as I am in 'tourney mode' at the moment.

Thanks again for your efforts, let me know if you need any more info.

Is there likely to be a fix for this problem? If not, how can I get my hand histories back now that my 15 day trial has expired?

You should find them in the archive folder (default c:\hmarchive).
