Pokerstars bug

Hi everybody!

I have a big problem with HM, its working well, no problem, but if i start my pokerstars program my HM crash down with a message:

in the adress :0x004880a6 cant read 0x811238c type : "read"

and after the stats turn off

and this problem only with pokerstar

what can i do?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

I use windows xp with a simple xp security programs

i downloaded this link, installed and the problem is the same, and only with pokerstars, same numbers, and title : "read"

Update XP to Service Pack 3
Run a manual Windows Update and install all additional updates.

Run the full 93 mb HM installer again and install it to a different folder.

my database will still alive if i reinstall?

It should only reinstall HM. Please make sure that postgresql is deactivated in the installation procedure.

Dear Support!

I have problem with ongame network, i played 1 week in bwin with HM, and today until i playing i refreshing the graps to see my session and after its frozen, it mean: auto import not working, stats not see in the players and nothing work..

I have all of windows update (windows service pack3 etc..)
I installed the latest version of HM

What can i do now?

Dear Support!

In ongame network i didnt see the enemy cards after the party, only when showdown was in turn or flop, i always need to watch back in last hand option, is there any patch, or option to see the mucked cards in ongame?

Dear Support!

I have a big problem with HM. i have 2 private deals with affilates, and private rakeback, my problem is my affilate say, the holdem manager not calculating right the rake, and my rake earnings is not 100% sure, what i see in session/this mounth/rake

After 18day in HM i earn 1400$rake, in affilate page i just at 1000$

Is it possible? My holdem manager calculating wrong?

Rake calculation is an often discussed issue. We use the official method published by the pokersite.
But sometimes this is not 100% correct and affiliates often use different rake calculations.
