View Full Version : Unable to use HEM for 5 days and still no one will help me!

I have been unable to use HEM for the past 5 days and have been speaking with support (which was not helpful and ended with my problem being shipped off to sales), and now I have not heard back from them in a timely manner!
This is simple....something is wrong with your system regarding license keys....the link on my account to "reset all profiles" or do anything regarding license keys is dead. I cannot create a new account, etc.... have tried everything that support recommended.

To all at HEM.....players cannot afford to have these types of problems for days on end.....these types of debilitating issues need to be handled in a reasonably timely manner. Particularly when they are so simple.

You guys are making me regret having switched away from PT....at least I got decent customer service with them!

Finally got someone from support who could help me.
Problem solved in simple manner and with no further hassle.
