and it might be a problem of your Microsoft .net framework installation:
Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Download and run this uninstaller -
http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe

nothing change

i use HM since 2 month, i had this problem 1 time the last week, i stop/start my computer, and HM work, but this time not

i must un/install HM?

I think its something with your internet connection. Is it very slow?
Are you sitting behind a proxy? HM uses the internet configuration from Microsoft internet explorer. Can you access the internet with internet explorer?

yes i have a bad connection since 2 months, very bad since 2/3 weeks

i don t use a proxy, and IE work!

for an exemple: i can read this video on 3 computer at home and all friend can read it
