View Full Version : Ongame send me Handhistoryfiles but HEM cant read them.

I requested HH files from ongame and I cannot import it. It has 18k hands in one file, could that be the issue? This is how they are formatted:

I'm not sure whether this files are supported. Are you using the latest Beta?

If yes please zip and mail the original handhistory files together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.
