Unable to make my hud transparent

I moved the slider for opacity, but it stll not transparent, is there something else I can do. I have the current version for HEM and I am running windows 7, Thanks

Change the background color from black to transparant

And move the opacity slider to the LEFT.

Are you using different Hud configurations?
Please make sure you are doing the changes in your active configuration.
