Hotkey does not work & lag

my "click auto-post blinds" does not work and everytime a table gets to the top I have to wait a little and watch table ninja tiping the value of betting in the box.
What can I do to solve this?

Have you disabled UAC? If not please do so according to the following instructions:

Just tested this one "my "click auto-post blinds" does not work" and it still not working. Tomorrow I'll test the speed that table ninja takes to type the value of the bet.

But the first one is my main problem . I play 16 tables and when I want to get out I want to just click "O" (for example) and just waiting to be at the big blind to sit out.

Are you stacking or overlapping tables in XP? If not please post or .zip and attach a copy of the following files and I'll check them over for errors:

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. Go to Start > Computer > C:\Program Files (x86)\table ninja(remove the '(x86)' if on a 32 bit operating system).

2) A screen shot of the table with your HUD displayed. See instructions at Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm).
