View Full Version : GoalWin (ongame): HUD doesn't work?

Hello,

I tried to configure it several times. The table finder does find a table when i attach it but you can see it in the table finder window. So i can't uncheck or check mark the table.

It does import hands. Just the hud doesn't show.

Hi, im a customer of the same problem just betsafe instead
all hand histories are intact and saved.. and it works for me on full tilt but not on ongame.... found the directories and all imports hand and the live player tracker works. no hud showing.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm_1.11.05_Beta.exe


1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

i'm getting annoyed.

I can't even install the new beta without having error messages.
For example:
The package was unable to replace the following file:C\Programfiles\RVGsoftware\holdemmanger\acidl ibrary.dll
The package was unable to replace the following file:C:\Program files\RVG software\Holdem Manager\Cards0.png

and another 6-7 error messages.
This is just bullshit. I de-installed HEM and it still doesn't work. I don't know what else i should do. And i'm loosing money because i dont have my HUD

The message just means that parts of Holdemmanager are running while you try to install the update.

Please reboot your computer and install the update as first thing.

ok it still doesn't work.

I deleted the .xml and .txt files but it didn't work

Like i stated before, He finds the table with the red cross but the table doesn't appear in the table finder/manager.

It does import HH, i didn't have this problem on Ladbrokes.
I uninstalled my HEM, i reinstalled it, i deleted files like you said. Dunno what else i can do.

1. What version of Holdem Manager are you using?

1.11.05 beta 12

2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?

Ladbrokes = no problems
Ongame= problems

3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)

NL 6max

4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?

Yes ofc

5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.

? no FAQ for ongame anyway

6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.

7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.

8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. I dont have a corruted database

If i use the redcrosshair i find the table but it doesn't show in my table finder (you know, the window where you select tables or not)

10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?

Yes
11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

As you can see, it doesn't find an owner or it doesn't appear in the table finder. I can find a table with the crosshair but that's all.

I selected my nickname in HEM as player (you know for the reports and graph) and that all works.

You need to click on the table name in the table manager so that the line becomes blue. After this drag the red box to the table window and drop it in the middle. Select OK in the table finder and a message box about a change to the exenames.txt file should come up.

i tried some more. Suddenly it started working.

That last suggestion probobly did it.

Now i need to figure out of to get prefered seating and such. that won't be to hard
