Exported PokerStars Hands Not Importing

I recently exported all of my hands from my HEM database. I then created a new HEM database and began the process of importing all my hands. There were thousands of import errors during the process. Almost none of my Pokerstars hands (about 150k hands) were imported. I do not think there were problems with other sites. I'd like to import these hands. How can I do this?

Don't import "exported hands"
Either import the original handhistories from your archive folder... or email Stars and request ALL your handhistories and import these "requested handhistories"
