Hi all,
I've been looking but I have not been able to find the answer, I play on PS (Hyper Hu) and often the data refresh Hud are too slow. (2 or 3 seconds, sometimes more)
Anyone know if it is possible to improve this speed? :confused:
thank you very much

I forgot to say that I have reported this in the "HoldemManager.config" but nothing changes:
AutoImportTimerDuration --> 3

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_17Dec2012.exe
For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installa tion directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Hello,
I use Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit, Windows Firewall and avast free version.
My computer has an SSD, 4 GB RAM, Quat Core... I think is very fast. The exceptions are added to the Windows Firewall, the executables are running as administrators, UAC off ...
The Holdem moves great, but the problem is that while you are playing (HU Hyper) and you have a new hand HUD takes seconds to refresh all data. There is no way to make this faster? I think this is solved in HM2 but I do not want update yet.
thank you very much
