2 problems

1. My hud does not come up under the right players icons at all and it seems to always miss one player and not come up at all for them.

configure the preferred seating of your Pokerclient and the seating preferences in HM accordingly
* open one Table, play at least one hand
* move the stats with the right mouse key to the correct positions
* Table manager -> Table -> Save positions
* Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats being moved to the correct positions.

ok thanks but can you explain the reason why I'm not getting huds on all the players at the table?

I'm playing 9max on Stars.

Whenever I open a new table the players huds are still all scattered and I have to adjust them EVERY time !

I just upgraded to the latest beta version.

Seems like something is misconfigured in the installation.

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete your existing HUD Prefs file \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml , so HM will rebuild it to default.
3) Delete the position files config\pospref*.txt (= pospref.txt, pospref2.txt,...)
4) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

After this follow the steps i posted before again.
