Hi,

As you know, Betfair has recently moved onto a new network. The hand histories are importing correctly, but the HUD is not displaying.

Any idea why that would be? I am playing on the 5 handed tables. Wondering if that has something to do with it?

Thanks

+1 Import is working just fine and reports updata nicely, but there are no active tables in the table manager and therefore no option of launching table finder.

Please try with the latest Beta: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/35199-1-11-05-beta-13-a.html

You need to use the table finder at the first table.

Before even seing this, I just tried out the different beta's .... beta 11 has the same issues as the official release, it imports just fine, but ..

Beta 12 I havent tried since it was called back and beta 13 simply doesn't autoimport, the import fires up and then goes cold and nothing more happens.

We are on windows 7, where all programs run as admistrator

EDIT
Ok rollback and reinstall made the 13 beta work fine, now it auto imports just fine, but table finder is still empty as usual.

Table finder is empty?
Are you sure you are talking about the finder and not the table manager?

Here is the FAQ for the table finder: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+)

Yeah, it's a typo, what I man is the same I wrote in my first post above. Table manager is empty, so I have no active tables and therefore can't point table finder anywhere

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm_1.11.05_Beta.exe

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Try the table finder again - FAQ]FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD) - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK
