Transferring to new computer

Is there a step by step guide on here somewhere for what to do when you get a new computer? Thx

I've gotten as far as getting my serial code working on the new computer. How do I get the database over? Also, I've added stats to the reports, how do I get those over so instead of having to re-add them? Thx
