I have a netbook and have put HEM on it as my 2nd PC.
When I try to register, I can't login to the registration page. I asked for a password reset but that fails.
I checked related threads here, and as a result sent a mail to support explaining the problem. I got a mail back telling me to create a new account on the registration page. Which I did.
When I try to put my serial number on the account it tells me I can't because it belongs to another account .....
Really I just want a password reset for the registration page. I have mailed support back (over a week ago) to explain why their suggestion won't work, and have got no reply. The HEM on my netbook thinks it is a trial version and is going to expire in 2 days.
How do I fix this ?
