First, i apolagize for my poor english, try to bear with me.

So, to setup the entraction auto-import folder i changed the default handhistory folder to somewhere easier to find, cuz the default HH folder was inside some hidden folders and i couldn't find them in the explorer... the problem might lie there, although i dont think so.

The thing is, the HUD doesnt refresh my own stats, but it refreshes the villain's stats, and when i try to replay a hand in Holdem Manager the following message appears: "An error occured while replaying this hand. The hand has been saved to your clipboard. Please email support@holdemmanager.com and press ctrl-V to paste the hand that caused the error into the email." After i press OK the replayer pops up but i cant replay the hand and the same message appears when i try to move forward in the hand.

When I press the table stats to see some hands, my own cards aren't shown.

Can someone please help me?

Thanks in advance.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm_1.11.05_Beta.exe

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Try the table finder again - FAQ]FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD) - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

Also in Windows Control Panel--> language & region settings--> set your date format settings to M/d/yyyy (and NOT to d/M/yyyy)
