Hi

The table manager will not load and no HUD appears. I've followed all the instructions in the FAQ and nothing helps as yet.

I then tried opening the HUD.exe file manually from program files.

It came up with this (see attached files).

Any idea what's going on?

Thanks in advance

Which HM Version are you using?
Please update to our latest Beta: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/35199-1-11-05-beta-11-a.html
Please reboot your computer before installing the update.

Before trying again please check all the handhistory folders of your pokerclients and make sure they are empty.

I installed the new version, with some joy.

The HUD did appear on the tables, but unless I use 'force to the top' it disappears. The HUD also crashed my PC at one stage and even when stats do show up, the table manager hasn't appeared as yet.

Handhistory is being taken.

Any suggestions?

PS - I'm running XP, PKR v2.0 client, if that's any help...

Hands are importing fine and the cash game report section updates as normal.

However, the HUD, when it does work, freezes and never seems to update.

Table manager did appear briefly earlier on, but again froze and didn't update.

Our Hud doesn't support PKR 2.0 at the moment (only one table works for some users).
You should use the active player detail window instead.

Wish I had known that before buying it, especially as the website claims the software supports PKR.

Are there plans to retify this and, if so, any idea when?

Regards
