View Full Version : Can't see hands when I filter for last 10 hrs??

My PC crashed and I had to re-install OS.<br />
<br />
After I re-installed everything ...Im now having this problem:<br />
<br />
I played 200 hands.<br />
<br />
When I go to reports, by stakes, and filter for last 10 hours... there are 0 hands.<br />
<br />
when I increase it to 20 hrs, I can now see the 200 hands.<br />
<br />
But, I played them less then 2 hours ago...<br />
<br />
what gives?

The import uses the server time of the pokersite for the handhistories.<br />
<br />
You can adjust this under options->settings->Adjust site import times.<br />

I looked at this article....and I tried played a few hands.

I played the hands at 20:41 EST and the time stamp on the HH is also 20:41.

So, the time stamp is the same as the actual time.


However, when I filter for the " last 3 hours" 0 hands show up in the "by stakes " report.

So, is there anything else I can try???

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm_1.11.05_Beta.exe

You're vacuum/analysing in HoldemManager or in pgAdminIII?
Try to do it in pgadminIII instead of in HoldemManager.

If this error comes back--> create a NEW database.


and please reinstall your Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Run http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe

i just got fed up and i formatted my PC and started over with a fresh OS install.

going to try install HEM in a little bit and try the whole thing again.
