Uninstall and reinstall .net framework http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=14

Tried this aswell...didn't work for me.

I uninstalled .net framework / postgres and HEM and then installed it again...nothing works for me

Did you email support@holdemmanager.net about this? I had someone email me about this same problem and want to see if this was you or someone else.

I'm not sure what the issue is - I would have suggested reinstalling the .net framework like Morny did

Thanks,
Roy

Hi Roy

Yes that was me.

Yesterday I uninstalled everything (.net/postgres/hem) and then started from scratch...didn't work either.

I am really clueless what to do or what I did wrong because I followed all the steps from the FAQ.

Guys I really need some help here.

I just got HEM some time ago and now I can't use it.

Can I provide you with more info etc ?

EDIT: Just wasted another 20 minutes to un-install everything and install it again. nothing works

Hi,

i can do a www.teamviewer.com session but i would basically do exactly what youve already done, uninstall PostgreSQL and .net Framework and after that i cant think of anything else to try. Usually when this dosent solve the problem the best solution is to do a windows repair which basically restores all your windows files to their original state without effecting your documents and programs installed. Before doing it uninstall .net framework and postgreSql then run the repair. After doing this youll need to run windows update to update to the newest service pack as youll be vunerable to virsues so dont use the internet to browse until after you update the service pack. I know this is a pain but it sounds like a complicated problem if a reinstall of .net isnt fixing this probably the quickest way is to do the restore.

Alternatively if you dont like this option i can escalate it to Roy to see if ihas any further suggestions

Hello

Thanks for your offer.

I just re-installed windows so I would prefer not to repair/re-install it again :)

So I would prefer doing a teamviewer session...or maybe Roy knows another solution?

Please email me if your up for a session.

Thanks
David
