hm1 not importing hands

hi, i got the latest update 1.12.10b and got a problem with importing hands - hands are not being imported when playing stars regular and zoom tables. hm1 is finding the files when autoimporting but getting import error for every single hand.

same thing happens when i want to import hands from disk exported previously from PT4.

HUD is displaying correctly.

And try reimporting the hands into a new empty database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

it started to import new hands, but still can't import the ones exported from PT4. i got my database for over 3 years so don't wanna create a new one. any ideas how to import those PT4 hands ?

On which site were the hands played?
Can you import the original handhistories from the PT4's processed hands folder?

fyi - these were ftp and stars hands.
