Lost a hand I won?

HEM imported 1 hand that I won as a hand that I lost. It also didn't have the name of any winner in the winner column. This is the first time it has done this an hopefully its a one time thing. Any suggestions to try anything to get the correct results. Anybody else had this issue at all?

reimport your hands into a NEW database

I was looking through my HH from FT and in their HH it did not state who won the pot and thats why on my HEM there was no winner, as well it showed me as losing. Not a HEM issue at all, but a FTP issue. Thanks Patvs
