View Full Version : Short stack Party, labelled wrong when re-improting

Every 2 month i export all my hands to hard drive, and import them in one database were i have all my hands (then start a new database, and so on).

It works fine, but i have encountered a problem with PartyPoker 40bb tables.

The import while playing are labelled $0,5/0,4 NL, and it is great, since you can compare winrate playing these vs. normal 100bb tables: $0,5/1 NL.

When i export the hands to harddrive, they are still right. When i open HH it says $40, instead of $100.

However, when i now import them into my big all time database, the 40bb hands are labelled $0,5/1 NL, and mixed with the normal 100bb hands. If i open a HH now, it now says $100; even though it was $40 that i imported (with 0,5 and 1 blinds) and the imported files stated that.

Anyway to solve this ?

the hands being labelled before as $0,5/0,4 NL was the bug. Which was fixed.

So there is no fix for your issue of the shortstack hands being mixed with the regular hands.
I don't think the Party shortstack tables will soon get a separate category (importing them as a separate stake, since every site has doublestack/shortstack tables.. and every site constantly changes these minimum/maximum BB buyins).. so only CAP tables currently have this.

OK, just seems strange that labelling them correct so you can differentiate between short and normal stack tables can be considered a bug that shall be fixed ?

Please change it back :)

Did you import the original handhistory files to your alltime database or the exported files from the other database?

I imported the exported files from the other database.

I don't have the original HH's anymore, i just clicked under report, marked 0,5/0,4 group, right clicked a hand, and selected "copy all hands to hard drive",

Works like charm with normal type of hands; and when i open one of the exported hard drive folders, the hands HH says $40, instead of $100, so i don't understand why there should be a difference between exported hands and original HH's; as the export seems to work fine.

And i bought some hands in july, and they imported correct for opponents when i imported them back in july (also exported hands), grouping them as 0,5/0,4 - and 0,5/1.

Don't know now; but probably all bought hands are 0,5/1, i guess, making it useless to datamine/buy hands, if playing both shortstack tables and normal tables.

Please zip and mail the handhistory files together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

I just played a orbit, and it imports wrongly now, and all the hh's seems the same july and now.

So it must have something with HEM update and not arty changing their HH's.

The old one categorized the hands as 0,5/0,4, so the bb/100 got mixed up, since bb is set to 0,4, (bb/100 is right now, since bb is correctly set to 1).

However, i much prefer the mess in bb/100, compared to the hands gets mixed all together.
