I cloned my last hard drive to this one since my last one was defective. When I try to open HEM I get a thing saying:

Could not find the Config\HoldemManager.Config file. Make sure you are running Holdem Manager from the correct directory.

I click OK, then the exact same thing pops up. I click OK again and it says:

A valid license could not be obtained for 'Hold'em Manager'. Please contact Hold'Em Manager for assistance.

Here are the details:

Ok I did that. I'm no longer getting the config message, but still having the licensing issues.

Please try the following:
1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug.txt
2. Open HM and register the program
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

Didn't seem to do anything buuut I could be messing up, when you say 'register the program' this means I do what exactly? I logged into the HEM reg site, copied my serial number that's already in the account that I use on my laptop, went to add it again, and it didn't seem to do anything. It still only has 1 comp regged to that code. Am I doing something wrong?
