When I attempt to open HEM I get the following message:

When I click through that I can attempt to re-connect via the Database Control Panel, which leads to this:

I have tried to update HEM and uninstalled then reinstalled it. I have also tried to re-install PostgreSQL 8.4 via a number of different methods. Pretty much every attempt ends like this:

I last successfully opened HEM for sure on September 1st though I think I also opened it on September 3rd without a problem. I'm pretty sure I already had the latest HEM update at that time. I don't remember changing anything in HEM, PostreSQL, or on my computer over that time that would cause a problem.
