Holdem Manager admin right and license problem

Hi,

I have used holdem manager for a couple of days on Vista and it works correctly.
But now, it first says I need administrator right to launch (UAC is disable) and asks me to re-enter my licence number.
When I fullfill the form it tries to do an online check but I have a quick popup error with the following message :
"The serial number is invalid or could not be used to unlock the software. Please try again or contact customer service for assitance".

I have tried the several solutions proposed on forum :deleting license file, disabling UAC, re-install, disabling firewall, ... => I still have the problem.
When I install it on other PC with the same key it works fine.

It is the last version of hem 1.11.04.

Could someone help me ?

Please post the detailled error message or attach the reg.log file (but please delete your key from the post).

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm_1.11.05_Beta.exe

Can you run a Windows Update and install ALL updates.

Ok the problem is solved.

I just have a response from the support (Patrick in this case), and the following tip works for me : create LicDebug.txt file in config folder of hem.
After that, I have no more the popup window asking me to give administrator right. And now, I can register correctly.
