Hello!

I just started to play at ongame network (Bet24) and after 12k of hands my HEM shows that I have paid rake approx 100$. Is that correct?

My rakeback affiliate says that I have paid only like 50$. Are they cheating me somehow or is HEM calculating rakestats wrong for ongame? Difference is HUGE!

It is extremely embarrassing and useless to contact my rakeback affiliate as long as I am unsure about HEM rakestats. I am very confused about this - I really need your help! Please! :o

Thanks for answering understandable way to an absolute amateur :)

We have implemented the HM rake stat according to the method the site is using. During the last months we had no reports that this is incorrect for Ongame so i assume its fairly correct if you are using an uptodate HM version.

update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm_1.11.05_Beta.exe

reimport ALL your hands into a new database, and let us know if the rake then is still wrongly displayed.

since which version the rake on bet24 is calculated right? is used one of the latest versions last month and according to the infomail from bet24 I produced like $2900 rake meanwhile hem says it's about $4000.

is it possible that they just keep more and give me fake infos about my rake?

Bet24 is which network?
Did they change there rake method recently?

Did you do anything to generate negative rakeback (use points, clear bonusses, etc.)?

bet24 is ongame, as the topic of the thread my reveal :)
well they changed their rakesystem when the whole system @ ongame was changed. (15th july or something like that)

They changed their system in favor of the worse player I think.. so that losingplayers get a larger amount of rakeback or something like that?!

Dealt rake to contributed rake.
Did you try to reimport your hands into a new empty 1.11.05a database?

Rake should be correct since 1.11.05 beta 12 (or 13).... 1.11.05a (is an update of 1.11.05 beta 18)

Dealt rake to contributed rake.

nope, they changed from (insert old method here) to "essence" :)

You have no way to know/calculate the exact rake with their !$@*^@*$!@ essence program.
Rake is recorded (= used to calculate your rakeback/bonus clearing) according to internal rules known only by ongame but losing players get a lot more.

And if you WIN a pot, you get NO rakeback for this hand. I repeat, NO rakeback.
