Hi,

My tournament results from last month were all messed up so I went into the Data view section and selected all the tournaments and deleted them. I did this so I could then re-import the hands and hopefully the results would figure themselves out.

Well when I tried to re-import the hands it said there are 0 files to process? I tried importing them from my HMarchive folder.

How do I get HEM to recognize them and to import my tournaments so I can see my results for last month?

Move the handhistory to a different folder before you reimport them.

If played on Stars: You need to request and import any/all your tournament histories and import those to HM. Stars does not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive, like FTP does.

Pokerstars > Lobby > Requests > Tournament History .. > 200

Then you have to create a text file, from the email, to import to HM.

Thanks for the response. I play on Ongame so I don't have to request the hand histories. I moved the HH's to another folder and imported them and everything worked except that my red line doesn't exist anymore. Under the dataview it says my $EV won is the exact same as my tournament winnings. So I guess when I re-imported the tournment HH for some reason it didn't calculate the $EV won?

Any helps is very much appreciated!

Import the hands to a new DB using the latest beta.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm_1.11.05_Beta.exe

*Try creating a new UTF DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database)
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: How to Import & Export Hands (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands)
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Reinstalling on a new PC - Backup Tips (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips)

These are single table SNGs.. or multi table MTTs you're importing?
HM only calculates EV for single table tournies, so it should be normal the MTT EV matches the $Won and shows no luck adjusted winnings dif.

These are single table 5 max SNG's on Ongame . It was working before but then when I deleted the tournament results from the dataview and re-imported them the results was working but the redline showing $EV was gone. For $EV won it listed what I actually won instead of the $EV won.

Do they import correctly to a new DB? If you delete hands/results I dont think it is able to calculate the EV again, so you need to create a new DB like I suggested.
