Virgin Poker, no stats (Boss media)

Hello.
I'm playing at Virgin Poker (Boss media) and I have the following problem:
- I can't see any stats except my own(the rest have -/-/-/-/-)
- the hands are imported
- the HUD is working
- I can see how much I win or lose
- I can't find myself on reports or sessions! (but the hud is showing my name, no of hands is correct)
- I can see table stats: last 3 winners and sum won, but at vpip 0/0
- my stats are in the right place
- I tried 5,6 and 10 player tables

I'm running 1.11.05 beta 9.

Can anyone direct me to a version of hem that works for boss media? or provide some help with this one?:D

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm_1.11.05_Beta.exe


1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

I did a reinstall from scratch.
Deleted all the remaining files.
I installed beta 5 v10.
The HUD is displaying all the stuff, but!:
- my stats are showing correctly: 20/18/100/0.0 etc. etc. no of hands etc.
- all the other players have: *Name -/-/-/- | --/-/-/0
- in the sys tray i can see winning xx/ 20 hands
- tables are found automatically and stats are in the right place.
- I can see in the sessions all my stats
- the session for others shows: hands, winnings, but the rest is:0.0 0.0 0.0

So: What can I do to show the stats from my opponents?

Virgin Poker now belongs to the cake network which doesn't allow a hud or player statistics:

How can you recomend me to play on an another site?
And how can you say virgin belongs to cake when it belongs to boss media?(is it because you can't help me?)
And how come I get no support from you, and poker tracker works like a charm with virgin poker?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

When you reinstalled you used the full 93 MB installer?

For reinstall I used first the 93 MB file and after the beta 10 update.
I use Win Pro XP SP3, no firewall except the default windows firewall and I run no antivirus.

Windows Update: can you check if there a updates you can install, especially .net framework updates.

Which SQL version are you using?
And check in the USE FOR tab--> it the correct HUD is assigned to BOSS, and no other HUD is accidently assigned to ANY SITE.

Also check hud options--> player preferences--> that you didn't set a MIN sample to any of the stats and
hud options--> table preferences--> that MIN HANDS FOR STATS is set to 0

I have the 3.5 sp1 as .net framework.
PostgreSQL 8.3
In the USE FOR there is none set to ANY SITE.
Except for Abb. Name that has a min samples:2, the rest have 0 as min samples.

Do you have issues with Bossmedia or should I do a full reinstall to windows, HM etc. ?

Sorry, i mixed Virgin Poker and Victory Poker.
And yes, i represent Holdemmanager like Pat does.

Boss Media should work without problems if configured correctly.

-Hand Histories must be saved from your Poker Client to your hard drive. -yes they are
-Table Manager must be running.- it is running
- Holdem Manager must know where your Poker Clients Hand Histories are. - it knows

Can you also set this to 0--> Apply
For all stats: Display for You and Display for Opponents (on the same tab) is selected right?

So I did a complete reinstall win and hm...and now its working...
Strange.
