Duplicate hands merge poker

I have duplicate hand on merge poker in my auto import. When i play on poker stars everything is ok. I have problem only on merge. I use windows 7. I have new computer, new database 8.4 and 9.0. I install new holdem manager. Hud works but after 10 hands i have 10 duplictes after 100 hands, 100 duplicate etc. Holdem manager version is 1.12.11.
My auto import folders:
c:merge history+subfolders
c:HMArchive

c:users/desade2378/Appdata/roaming/HEM data/H...
c:HMArchive

I have not idea why hands stacking or hm loop.

It sounds like you have created an import/archive loop or actually configured your \hmarchive as one of your auto import folders. You need to make sure that you are NOT auto importing from C:\hmarchive and that none of your archive folders are in sub-folders of any of the auto import folders.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager. Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default. Show Extensions :: Scott Granneman (http://www.granneman.com/techinfo/windows/showextensions/)

What files are in the C:\Hand History folder? And what folder is it archiving to? That is the most like cause of the problem. Please try removing that folder completely if it is not intended for a poker client to write hands to.

In this folder was pokerstars hand history. I removed this folder and still have duplicate.

I think this might be completely normal and nothing to worry about. Is it causing performance problems?

Have you checked the other \history\username folders such as \20121205 to make sure the hands from previous days are archived? Some sites like Merge lock the hand history files while the client is open so they previous/duplicate hands cant be archived until after you close the poker client.

I am also curious why you are using the HM1 Trial version. We no longer sell HM1 so once your trial is expired you won't be able to use it any longer or purchase it. You will need to use HM2 if you plan to buy the software after your trial.
