FTP sent Tourney Summaries in MHTML format

they originally sent me an XLS document and after searching i found that i needed to email them and ask for htm format. So after 3 days they email the summaries in MHTML format and i cant figure out how to get this to work. HEM wont import this and i tried converting it to htm but that didnt work either. Do i need to email them again and ask for specifically htm again?

HoldemManager currently CAN'T import these MHTML files.
This will be fixed in one of the next HoldemManager updates.

any idea when HEM will be compatible with MHTML tourney summaries? i emailed full tilt asking for .htm format and they said they cant send them in that format! now im stuck....

We have no timeframe for this.
It's on the programmer's to do list.
