View Full Version : Table Manager unable to Find Tables

Hey guys,

weird problem here:
Table Manager can't detect running tables on Full Tilt anymore, thusly no HUD.
However, HEM itself seems to import just fine. The hands show up under the sessions tab and even the Active Player Details window works just fine for active tables. If it's of any importance, no problems at Stars, Ongame or Entraction.

I kinda feel like I'm missing something very obvious here, but as far as I can tell everything is set up fine (import folders, hero aliases, etc).

This is on Windows 7 and HEM 1.11.04.

same thing is happening under XP... import fine but table manager does not find tables and thus no hud on FT.

XP is updated to Service Pack 3
Run a Windows Update and install all the .net framework updates.

Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm_1.11.05_Beta.exe

Set the Full Tilt lobby language also to English

Thanks Patvs and sorry for the thread. Apparently this problem is a bit more widespread than I initially thought, but I just browsed through the HUD bugs forum before posting yesterday.

Anyway, I've updated Windows and HEM to .05 beta 10, lobby's in English, still no dice.

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.05 Beta http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm_1.11.05_Beta.exe

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

* If that doesn't help, please check this and answer and post the questions FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: My HUD Doesn't Work (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/My+HUD+Doesn't+Work)

Upgraded to the latest beta last night and all files in question are run as admin.

What version of Holdem Manager are you using?
1.11.05 Beta 10

What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
Recently Poker Stars, Full Tilt and Ongame. The Problem is exclusive to Full Tilt.

Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)
So far NL, NL Rush and SnGs. None of those tables were recognized by the Table Finder.

Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.
Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.
If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.
If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database)
Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work? FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+)
The hand histories import fine and show up in the database.

If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?
They are.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

Having a similar problem, although this is on a new computer and on a new OS (Win7 Ultimate).

Importing works fine, but when I load the hud it detects no tables. I click on Table Finder and it tells me it didn't detect anything and to wait until HEM has imported more hands (which it already is). I've tried it on iPoker so far (HUNL) and Stars (just tried play money).

Using the latest beta as well.

@Frosteater: is your FTP client in english language? I see no problems in your configuration. Can you please post screenshots of the table manager and a table?

@99problems: i can't help you without any details about your 99 problems.

@panorama: play money is not supported. Please check our faq on how to configure HM for every site:
FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: iPoker Setup (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/19/iPoker+Setup)
FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Poker Stars Setup (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/6/Poker+Stars+Setup)
and if you cant figure it out please open a new thread and post the answers to the faq like Frosteater did.

Yes, the client is set to English language.
To be honest, I'm rather puzzled myself. Haven't had this kind of problem at Full Tilt (or any other site for that matter) so far and I really fail to see a potential reason for that.
If it matters at all, I had some problems with the HUD as well lately. Additions to existing layouts didn't save and stuff like that. However, that's not a Full Tilt issue (since there's no HUD to begin with), so I didn't think it had anything to do with this specific problem.

Screenshots attached.

@Frosteater which Windows version do you have?
Can you reinstall HM (using the full installer) and install it to a different folder (that way it won't overwrite your existing settings)

I use Windows 7. German version, if that makes any difference at all, although I don't see why it should.

Okay, uninstalled HEM, reinstalled it at standard location.
Uninstalled it again, reinstalled it at a different location. Then updated that to the latest beta.
Uninstalled that again, reinstalled it at standard location and updated again to the latest beta. And then threw LHE and PLO tables into the mix, too.

Results are the same everywhere: hands are imported just fine into HEM, but the Table Manager can't pick up anything.

One more detail, the full installs came with five different HUD profiles:
default, boss, merge, ongame and pacific.
Default profile was set to be used at Boss, not Any Site, so I don't think that's something standard to HEM.
However, I don't even play at Pacific, so it's hard to imagine I created these profiles anytime.
Not sure, if that even matters, but at this point I rather mention anything.
