Trying to run Trial with Parallells

I try to run HEM, I updated to the latest beta and here's what I get. FWIW, I've been evaluating the trials of both PT3 and HEM. PT3 has caused numerous crashes and I'm hoping to get HEM to work.

Can you try rebooting and also following all the steps that the guide gives you if it reappears

Just so I get this straight...you want me to follow all 5 of the steps?

Well except the ones that obviously dont apply i.e Ive just formatted my PC
