I have a big bug in HM since a pair of months, including all new versions:

Both in Windows seven and XP, on a laptop Xp and a Seven desktop.

I open several screens from different rooms. One screen become white and busy (no response in taskmanager).

All the screens become white (and busy without responding) when i try to do an action on them.

The only solution is to stop HM and all the poker rooms or to reboot the computer.

Tested with Stars, FT, absolute, Winamax etc...

This happens only when HM is running.

What sites do you play? Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/35199-1-11-05-beta-9-a.html

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

Every parameter you suggest is OK. Note that this occurs with XP too.

The rooms are: Bodog, PokerStars, Fulltilt, Winamax, Absolute...

This problem occurs during a session. HM works fine during one hour or two and the problem starts. All the windows become white and i have to reboot.

As i said, same problem with seven and XP on two diferent computers.

Antivirus is Avast. No Firewall on system but one on harware internet provider.

Did you try Beta 9 as Fozzy posted?
We made some fixes to Hud freeze problems in this beta.
