Using HM on a computer with a virtual host

Hi,

I just set up a virtual host on computer, and as part of the process I had to change the hosts file (windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts) so that it no longer read "127.0.0.1 localhost" (substituted the name of the virtual host for localhost). As a result, my HM has stopped working, I believe because Postgresql can no longer connect to the database. I tried adding a line to the hosts file that read "128.0.0.1 localhost" and then changing the server line of the Postgresql setup to 128.0.0.1, but that didn't work.

How can I fix this problem? Is it possible to run a virtual host and still use HM?

Not too sure on this, the PostgreSQL forums might find a quicker answer. Have you changed the pg_hba.conf file in the PostgreSQL folder to 128.0.0.1 and also in the DBControlPanel.exe in the HM folder. If youve both those changed and are still having problems id check the PostgreSQL forums and someone should be able to help
